Rona is a Senior Lead at WorkUP Queensland with experience in sector development across the community sectors in urban, regional and remote regions. Her recent work focuses on supporting services to create culturally safe and inclusive environments for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
A skilled facilitator and trainer, she brings expertise in designing and delivering both online and in-person programs. Rona advises on culturally appropriate engagement and resource development and currently leads key initiatives including the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mentoring program, a community of practice, and the collaborative grants program
